Description

A very mature bottle of Burgundian red wine from the Chambolle-Musigny AOC from negociant Gaultier from the 1953 vintage.

The bottle is in good condition for its age, the labels are intact, however the main label was tightly covered in foil during storage while the vintage label was not - this has led to the upper layer of the vintage label to coming off when moved due to light mould, removind the original texture of the paper and some of the print (hoever the last digit of the vintage is still readable).
the fill level is quite good at ca.4-4.5cm ullage and the capsule is intact with some corrosion (see images).
