YOU ARE BIDDING FOR ONE BOTTLE OF 1979 KRUG VINTAGE CHAMPAGNE, BOXED.

The bottle is in mint condition and has been stored in my cellar. The box has a few scratches, however this is to be expected due to its age. The pictures show you exactly what is being offered for sale here.

There is no superlative that do this bottle justice; suffice it to say that I doubt I will ever own a more fabulous bottle of champagne - or sell one!

I have placed a reserve that I believe is very fair and sensible, given the status of this champagne. The reserve is somewhat lower than the wine-searcher price.

The bottle will be sent very securely wrapped and fully insured, on receipt of cleared funds. Alternatively, collection in person can be arranged.
