NEAL MARTIN 94 Drink 2011 - 2025
A slightly deeper colour than the ’85. This has an entrancing nose, backward, slightly minty with a more Bordeaux-like persona. Blackberry, iron filings and a touch of plum. The palate is well structure, good balance and acidity, less fleshy than the 1985 with good weight and persistency on the finish. It is more linear, compact and less flamboyant that the previous vintage and will benefit from another 3-4 years ageing. Drink 2011-2025 Tasted March 2008.
