SIX perfect bottles from this well situated 12.5 acre estate in Canon-Fronsac

Capucine de Luynes is now the caretaker of the vines of Château Haut-Mazeris, which have been in her family for 4 generations.
The vineyard is located in the district of Saint Michel de Fronsac, on the highest slope of the region.

This “terroir” produces harmonious wines, full bodied and
generous, with plenty of fruit.

Soil : clayey limestone.
Planted with Merlot 65 %, Cabernet Franc 15 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 20 %
Average age of the vines : 30 years old (a few vine stocks of Cabernet Sauvignon are over 100 years old)
Aging : 30 % new barrels and 70 % 1 year barrels
Production : 20,000 bottles
