Description

Described as: 'A mouthwatering, well structured wine from the Despagne family, this is a blend of 70% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 10% cabernet sauvignon'.

The 2015 Bordeaux reds were described as 'perfumed, balanced reds with fleshy fruit and silky tannins'. This case of 12 bottles was purchased en primeur and has been stored since in the Wine Society's temperature controlled cellars.

The wine may be enjoyed over the coming seasonal break but should continue to give pleasure for a further five years (if you can seriously wait that long!).
