Two perfect NV brut - as per photos.

Camille Saves is a family run Champagne house run in the village of Bouzy making small quantities of finely crafted Champagne. The fruit is sourced from the family's own 10 hectares of vineyard, which include Grand Cru parcels in the communes of Bouzy, Ambonnay and Tours-sur-Marne. In addition the vineyards are run according to the principles of 'lutte raisonee' and the vines have an average age of 35 years. This wine epitomises the house style of Camille Saves and the textured, harmonious palate and persistence on the finish are testament to the time spent on lees.
