Description

Wine Spectator: "Quite high-pitched now, with lots of green plum and green almond notes laced with bright honeysuckle and heather. The background shows more lemon shortbread, grapefruit pâte de fruit and persimmon, while the finish offsets the sweetness with a lively quinine note. Distinctive, but will need time to come together. Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Best from 2015 through 2030." 93 points

Refined complex aromas, very deft (as usual) rendering of the aromatic complexity of the berries, long, intense, pure, wonderful balance between richness and elegance.
(Steven Spurrier - Decanter - Apr 2010)

Streak of green to the pale gold. Rich, lip-smacking and satisfying on the nose. Very big and bold, like pear juice fermented by a wizard. Lovely stuff. Lots of bracing structure as well as all the richness. Very long.
(Jancis Robinson MW - jancisrobinson.com - April 2010)

This is rich and concentrated, with crème brûlée and apple crumble on the nose and palate. Full-bodied and very sweet. Thick and powerful. Layered and massive.
(James Suckling - Wine Spectator - Apr 2010)
