3 bottles of this top producer’s mainstay wine, sourced from several lieu-dits across the appellation and hailing from the excellent 2005 vintage. Just now beginning to reach maturity.

This wine was purchased in-bond from a top UK wine merchant and has been stored in my spiral cellar ever since being taken out of bond.

Silky and driven, with black tea, black cherry, iron and spice notes that are long and pure through the alluring, mouthwatering finish. Has plenty of grip, but is accessible now. Best from 2009 through 2023. (11/2008)
