Created through a collaboration between the famous brewing company Estrella Damm and El Bulli’s former sommelier team, Estrella Damm Inedit is the first beer designed specifically to accompany and compliment food. Born from a conviction that beer could be paired with top quality cuisine, Indeit has revolutionised coomon perception, and is completely unique in concept. A unique coupage of barley malt and wheat, Estrella Damm Inedit counts coriander, orange peel and liquorice amongst its multi-faceted flavour nuances. Creamy and soft in texture, with an elegant spiciness and delicate carbonation, the length of this beer – like a fine wine – is long, balanced and complex. Highly versatile as a food partner, Inedit is best served in a white wine glasses at a chilled temperature.

Tasting notes:
High intensity and aromatic complexity. Its appearance is slightly cloudy. Fruity and floral to the nose, with a yeasty sensation and sweet spice reminiscences. Creamy, fresh texture, soft volume and delicately carbonic. Long aftertaste and pleasant memory.
Made to accompany the festival of flavours offered to us by modern cuisine. For Sommeliers, trying to accommodate different types of flavours has always been a nightmare... now there is a solution!
With its delicate, sophisticated bubbles, this beer can take acid, sweet and sour by the hand. The symphony of flavours in each dish is different, but there is a common thread capable of unifying them all, due to a sense of continuity meaning there is no need to switch drinks. This beer has a rich and highly adaptable bouquet. In other words, a unique personality: smooth yet complex.
