'Krug Rose is a relatively new product from the Krug brothers. Their aim was to make a wine with a proper house-style, where the color was the only clue that it was a rose. The color is an extremely light salmon-pink, and the nose is definitely Krug! Their unmistakable symphony of full, complex aromas is backed up by a whiff of raspberry. The taste is tremendously austere and acidic, but less generous than a Grande Cuvee and definitely a wine to store.'
