Lot size: 1 bottle of 750 ml each Wine type: White, 1991 vintage
Tax status: Duty PaidQuestion Mark Origin: Margaux, Bordeaux, France
Fill level: Into Neck (IN)Question Mark Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc

An excellent bottle with a complete label, a level above all expectations at just under the cork, and a perfect embossed capsule.

From Ch Margaux website :
The rain slightly diluted the crop of red grapes, but the Sauvignon white grapes, picked ten days earlier, were affected much less. 1991 is a very good vintage for Pavillon Blanc; it is quite powerful, fleshy and full. The bouquet has developed remarkably well and today displays much finesse and complexity, at the same time as a certain originality. This is a very good wine to enjoy as of now, but which can still age a few years more. (Juin 2007)

Many more comments on this fine (and now rare) wine is available to all on the internet.
