From the Dubourdieu family's Ch Cantegril, an enclosed 20 ha (49 acre) vineyard on the limestone plateau of Haut Barsac. It is planted with 75% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Muscadelle. More than 130 g/l of residual sugar. Big and bold and unmistakably Sauternes. Creamy but with a slightly bitter bite. Very appetising. Jancis Robinson
