65% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah, 5% others.
Blackish ruby. Sweet and actually not such a massive leap from Dugat-Py’s Premier Cru Gevrey. Big and rich and broad. Luscious and laid back. Lots of alcohol and charm. Very long and slightly hot on the end. Needs food to tame it. Middle-aged. Massive and sweet. Dusty finish. Maybe a bit over the top and jewelly but fun.
