Description


With a deep ruby color, the wine opens with a smoky, tobacco, earth, cassis and blackberry nose. Elegant, silky tannins, fresh cherry and cassis are on the palate and carry through to the finish. Blending 50% Merlot, 45.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4.5% Cabernet Franc, the wine reached 13.1% alcohol with a pH of 3.6. From yields of 26.7 hectoliters per hectare, which represents 45% of the crop.
