Fifth generation producer of eaux-de-vie in Grande Champagne. Serplet sell most of their eaux-de-vie to the big houses but bottle about 1000 Cognacs and about 2000 Pineaux for friends and relatives. The Extra Vieux is around 30years old, at 42% alc. vol. This makes it considerably more mature than a standard XO Cognac.

Very rare, very high quality Cognac. 1er Cru from the Grande Champagne region.
