Ice Cider from the award winning Clos Saragnat in Canada made by Christian Barthomeuf. Christian pioneered Ice Cider in Canada and is the foremost expert in the country. He makes the finest Ice Cider and Ice Wine that Canada has to offer and makes his Ice Cider and Ice Wine organically.
The “Original” is a Non filtered Ice Cider with aromas of baked apple, butterscotch, raisins, caramel and a taste reminiscent of Scotch whiskey, darker in colour and richer in taste than many other Ice Ciders.
