Description

A baiju from China, made by the Govt owned operative kweichow, this is oriental style of drink called "baiju". Made typically from sorghum it is not dissimilar to shochu [ for which see Sth Korea as a big market]

This is over £100 on Wing yip - an online oriental supermarket based in birmingham, and this particular bottle is dated 2014 - see photos.

while I have studied foreign languages, they don't include Chinese, so I don't know what a lot of the detail is on this.
