I have over the years been collecting wines. It was recently my birthday, and I therefore made a stock clean up, to make space for new ones. Wines I have put forward, is partly from my father’s collection which I inherited, all had been kept in wine fridges, and partly from a friend who has an old manor house, where he has a wine cellar. Since I was given the wines, they have all stayed in my Cable wine fridges.
