Description

Half bottle of this premier cru from Graves requires no sales patter from me. We all know how good this one is.

The label is slightly bin soiled though intact and excellent considering this wine is 81 years old. 1928 is clearly visible on the cork.

On the nose; raisins and currants, richness like chocolate liqueur, dark cherry, leather and stewed prunes. On the taste; dark cherry, stewed prunes, thick and tannic with slightly tart fruitiness. High acidity therefore great freshness at the end.
