Description

A bottle of the rare 1926 Haut Brion. Label a little cellar stained; capsule in very good order; level mid-shoulder with no signs of seepage; colour still good and deep red when a light shone throught the glass, crystal clear.

Michael Broadbent in his "Vintage Wine" says: "In my opinion the best Haut-Brion until we reach the 1945. Most recently still almost opaque; harmonious, rich nose; fairly sweet, full flavoured, powerful, verging on the '28 in style." Sept 2000. 5 stars.
