Hi
You are looking at a Lafite 1943 - re-bottled at Chateau in 1993 - hence the great level - and then stored in a damp cellar hence the mottled label and the incision in the cap to reveal the vintage.

Laying in Berlin, this is a good wine according to Broadbent and with such a low reserve it's a bargain waiting to be had - decent bottles (ones with levels above mid-shoulder) are £1150+ VAT on winesearcher and this is a fraction of that. PayPal welcome but will charge 4% for fees.
