Description

A very mature bottle 2eme Grand Cru Classee Ch. Gruaud Larose from the 1952 vintage.

Gruaud-Larose is one of the most reliable classfied estates of Bordeaux and one of the top estate of St. Julien.
The bottle is in somewhat poor condition, accordingly it is to be considered more of a collector's piece.

The label is is heavily soiled and torn, Chateau and vintage are readable though, the capsule is quite heavily corroded, the fill level is acceptable for this age however, at ca. mid shoulder (see images)
