Well presented bottle. Great fill level, nice firm capsule. Please note that this is Recioto, as opposed to the more common (these days) Amarone. So it's another full bodied, long-living red made from the Corvina grape using the appessimento (grapes dried by racking), but Recioto wines retain some of their natural sugar during fermentation so they are sweeter.
Valpolicella aficionados will tell you that Recioto is the real deal, and that Amarone is the unruly young upstart :)
