This bottle is in mint condition, but the label has been written on. The bottle was a gift from the footballer Robbie Savage to John Benson during their time together at Birmingham City in the early noughties (Benson had retired by this time from being a professional footballer himself, but was general manager of the club). The bottle has "Savage" written down one side of the label, and "2004" down the other side. I'm not quite sure whether this qualifies as signed by Robbie Savage, or just written on by the recipient to remind him of the gesture. Suspect the latter.
Anyhoos, other than that it's a totally perfect bottle - as good as it gets for 25 year old specimen.
