Description

In 1967, the gods favored Italy, blessing both Tuscany and Piedmont with an exceptionally fine vintage often touted as the "vintage of the decade".
At the Cantine del Castello Conti, of the sisters Elena, Anna and Paola, there is another Piedmont to be rediscovered, permeated with passion in the enhancement of an ancient wine territory rich in history and excellence. We are on the hills of Maggiora, in the province of Novara. The red porphyries and the stones of a fossil Supervolcano, recognized in 2013 as a Geopark by UNESCO, make up the land on which the vineyards stand which, thanks to the interaction with a favorable microclimate, make this terroir particularly suitable for the cultivation of Nebbiolo (Spanna)
