Grapes produced from 45 year old vines on Clay-limestone soil in a unique micro climate on the Beaune side of Pommard. Handpicked Pinot Noir involving 5 days of cold maceration. Twice daily crushing and 3 weeks of skin on fermentation makes this beautifully light, low tannin and fruity.
