Elaboration: It remains for 14 months in tanks where it completes the fermentation and stabilizes before moving to oak barrels. Between 12 and 24 months of aging in 225-liter oak barrels. A minimum of 24 months of storage in the bottle before being marketed.
Tasting notes: Brown ruby ​​color medium-low, very clear, orange and reddish highlights, very broad edge, almost no difference between meniscus and edging, clean. These have been stored in a cool dark cupboard. Collect in person or delivery by parcel company.
