Malbec, Cab Sauv and Syrah blend. Aeration before tasting: Just a swirl or two. Natural cork.
Appearance: Clear, dark purple in color.
Aroma: Lots of fruit - blackberry, boysenberry, along with chocolate.
Taste: Delicious and fruity from the Malbec, but much heftier from the supporting cast of Cabernet and Syrah.
The Grade: Easily 90 Points plus. For those who like fuller bodied wine. Ready for a big steak or some game meat - definitely food friendly. A really amazing wine and hey... even makes a great Christmas present!
