100% Verdejo. 12.5% abv. “Pale green gold, pronounced nose with green, grassy notes. Gooseberries, green apples, a touch of pineapple on the palate, creamy mouthfeel, crisp refreshing acidity, slight spritz, lovely clean finish with a savoury/saline character. Opens up in glass to develop peach notes on nose and palate. Very refreshing, zingy and drinkable.” Bid for Wine, June 2021.
