Ultra rare Grand Cru burg. In fact, I can only find two bottles of this particular wine, from any vintage, available right now anywhere in the world - namely an '02 in HK at £365 and a '15 at the renowned Burgundy retailer Domaine des Vins at £380. Historic Wine-Searcher data seems to suggest that the 2011 typically commands prices long of £400.
S Javouhy (now Domaine Javouhey) is a tiny Burgundian negociant specialising in very high end Grand Crus produced in teeny-tiny quantities. Reviews are hard to come by but the prices these bottles go for are testament to the quality.
This bottle came from a sizeable collection of wines I recently purchased from a gentleman moving back to Asia. All his wines we stored in a fancy wine cooler, and all looked well loved. This particular bottle has a some slight staining on the left of the label, but other than that is in excellent condition.
