Description

Unusual dry white Bordeaux made by Chateau D’Yquem. Called Y (Ygrecs) 65-70% Sauvignon blanc and the rest Semillon picked just before the grapes botrytise for the famous sweet wine - it’s bone dry and refreshing but with a lovely rounded finish on the palate of pineapple and apricot, we drank a bottle on 31.12.21 went very well with crab. Will keep and improve. As the photos show I’m selling just two bottles out of wooden case of 6 which has been in my cellar since release ex chateau. If you like white Bordeaux you’ll love this it’s delicious and different and rare!
