Description

1x bottle of M. Chapoutier 'Les Coufis' . This is a very rare sweet wine made of Viogner grapes which are dried in straw to concentrate flavour characters, sugars and acidity.
The fermentation stops whilst the wine still retains residual sugar, without the need of fortification.
It is the same method and producer than the famous Hermitage 'Vin de Paille'.
The time in bottle has allowed the development of beeswax and nutty characters, adding to the overall complexity.
