Description

A very special bottle of Tokaji in wonderful condition. Unlike the conventional Aszus, the Szamorodni Tokaji is a drier variant, and is a rarity in any year due to the viticulteur's general preference to allow the grapes to keep on rotting. This bottle from the late 1950's is therefore a real collector's item, though the exceptional ullage and capsule mean it should drink just as well!

Priced in accordance with peer wines from this period, but please feel free to get in touch if you want (or indeed have!) further information on the bottle
