Auslesen Eiswein - selected ice wine, Scheurebe grapes,
Bingen Dromersheimer Honigberg !
the grapes for ice wine were harvested frozen, - 7 Celsius,
and the harvest is during the night, therefor the wine is also
called " Night Gold".
The wine have a aroma of honey, peaches, melons and apples and can
be enjoyed as an aperitif or a dessert wine
