A property which throughout history has been closely associated with Chateau Angelus, one of St Emilion's top Chateaux. From 1946 until 1984 Chateau Daugay did not produce any wine under its own label but instead all grapes went to make Chateau Angelus. Following the new classification of St Emilion in 1985, Chateau Daugay once again became an autonomous property and this wine comes from that vintage.
