The nose offers notes of soy, cloves, black olives, chocolate, kirsch, leather, warm earth and cassis. This is seamless, with some serious intensity lasting all the journey. Good focus, silky tannins, such impressive length and what a future. This has fifteen years ahead, at the very least. There are hints of roast meats emerging on the palate too. Stunning stuff.
