Description

To save anyone rushing to the reference books, 1968 competed with 1963 and 1965 as the worst vintage on record. It was dire, thin nasty red rubbish and was best forgotten - which indeed it was. However for the joy of finding that rare vintage to offer as a birthday present or whatever these two bottles fill the bill admirably. I decided to offer them as two lots, unable to imagine that anyone would want to receive TWO bottles...

Although the labels are very damp stained the vintage is clear on each. The levels are very similar - VTS - and the embossed capsules are in good order, neither showing any signs of seepage.

Needless to say, nobody will find any tasting notes, anywhere, with 1968 on a label.
