Description

A chance to own one of the rarest and most sought after bottles of wine in the world.

Here we have a bottle, in very good condition, of Grand Cru Burgundy of the very highest order. Please see all 6 photos for label, capsule and level condition. I have tried to show the colour, although this is tricky to do given that the bottle is green glass, but it shows no signs of browning and appears to be a vibrant red, a very good sign.

This has been stored in an underground cellar in sussex for over 30 years and possibly since release, although I am unsure of that. Every indication is that this is in great condition and would make a very fine addition to any collection.

As this is a burgundy shape bottle, it is difficult to call a level on this one, but you can see where it is from the photos, a great level entirely commensurate with a wine of this age, properly stored. Please pay close attention to these - I have shown as much detail as I can here.

This bottle can be couriered and shipped internationally. Given the high value of the bottle the shipping costs will be quite high and I would highly reccomend purchasing insurance. Please contact me directly with any shipping requirements and I will get you a price from the courier. Collection in person is of course no problem.

Bidders from overseas should note that paypal id the quickest, easiest and cheapest method of payment if you do not have a sterling account. Paypal's modest fees will be added to your invoice, although these are much lower than those you would be charged by your bank.
