Description

Very fine example of an unfindable vintage - the acclaimed 1973.
A visit to Google reveals no bottles currently being offered.
A rare find indeed

Recently 'rescued' from the depths of an underground cellar of a large country mansion in west Kent where it had been all its long life.

Virtually no ullage even after some 35+ years in bottle, a tribute to good cellaring. On inverting the bottle there is barely 1cm - almost as bottled. The foil and cage are in 'as new' order and the label and bottle are in excellent order.

Unusually (or at least I've never noticed previously) the label states the volume as 78cl.

All is neat and clean as per the photos.

A REASONABLE reserve is set for this six day auction.

Happy to reply via this site to any queries.
