Description

Two bottles from the memorable vintage "l'année de la secheresse".

Robert Parker describes it thus:
Bordeaux Book, 3rd Edition Jan 1998 Robert Parker 86
"The variable 1976 vintage reached its greatest heights in the commune of St.-Julien where a number of fine wines were produced. Talbot is one of them. Fully mature, but capable of holding for several more years, this immensely enjoyable wine has a lovely cedary, spicy, ripe plummy bouquet, soft, round, nicely concentrated flavors, and a velvety, satisfying finish".

Both bottles have good complete labels and capsules.

Levels (see photo) are Into Neck and Bottom Neck.
No signs of any seepage from either bottle.
