FOR SALE: ONE BOTTLE 1988 MONGEARD MUGNERET GRANDS ECHEZEAUX GRAND CRU

This bottle of Burgundy from one of the finest appellations, from an excellent producer and from an excellent year, is being sold from my own personal collection. It is one of the last bottles from a case that has been consumed over the last few years. Not one bottle consumed from said case has been less than superb. The bottle is in an excellent cellar-stored condition as the pictures hopefully testify.

Availability for this wine globally is extremely rare and limited. Indeed the 1989 isnt available at the tiime of writing. So a value is hard to assess. The fairly comparable 1986 is avaialble for approx £250 per bottle. I have therefore placed a value that is - I feel - modest and fair given the vintage and condition of the bottle.
