Description

2 x Bottles of this wonderful wine that was moulded on the Bin 707, but in greater quantities.
Both bottles are in pristine condition & have always been cellared correctly as shown by the levels for 21 & 22 year old wines.

The 1994 vintage has a youthful, deep mauve red. The nose displays leafy, minty, Cabernet Sauvignon aromas with hints of capsicum & sweet spice, and underlying vanillin oak. The palate has strong, rich, ripe blueberry flavours, sweet integrated oak & fine ground tannins within a tight structure. Great length & complexity, clearly illustrating the benefits of multi district blending. 13% alcohol

The 1995 is textbook Cabernet Sauvignon, with a core of ripe fruit supported by sensitive use of French & American oak. The 1995 vintage has a medium purple red colour, the bouquet is clean & soft with red berry/cassis fruit. The palate has wonderful length & structure, with ripe cassis/berry fruit, a touch of mint, soft tannins & well integrated oak.

Direct deposit is preferred, although paypal is accepted a 5% fee will be added to the final invoice.
