FOR SALE: ONE BOTTLE (4 LOTS) 1996 CHATEAU MONTROSE 2eme GCC ST ESTEPHE

These bottles have been owned by me for approximately 5 years and have been stored professionally and impeccably in that time. Bottles, labels, capsule corks and levels are all in just-released condition. Hopefully the pictures testify to this!

1996 was a very good vintage in Bordeaux, and for Montrose too, as the following scores testify:

Stephen Tanzer: 94/100
Jean Marc Quarin: 93/100
Jancis Robinson: 17.5/20
Neal Martin: 95/100

Currently, a bottle of 1996 Montrose would cost one from £85-£110 - excluding vat/duty. The reserve and buy it now price per bottle I have set - which of course includes vat/duty - is in my opinion, generous and fair.

All bottles will be send very securely packaged and fully insured the buyer on receipt of cleared payment. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
