"Still very young and powerful. Opened the bottle, had a glass and put the cork on for 4 hours. The taste evolved incredibly during this period, however the nose was still shut. Then decanted for two hours, and a very nice nose started to show. The wine continued to evolve throughout our 5 hour dinner. I thought this wine would be smooth and silky, but it's quite the opposite, a sign of youth, I assume.
