Description

LYNCH MOUSSAS - Bright, fresh, crunchy red fruit, cigar, cedar, smoke, graphite, some cassis in the back, wonderful roasted red pepper. Very nice mid-weight, typical Left-banker. Although not very deep or long, there is lovely purity and plenty of fun. Tasty!
TALBOT -Dark ruby color. Generous nose of black cherries (reminiscent of the ice cream), lots of cigar box and coffee. Medium bodied, this wine has very much entered its tertiary stage. Though there's still some fruit here--black cherries mostly--I noticed lots of cedar, coffee, some barnyard & smoke. A nice example of an aged bordeaux.
RAUZAN SEGLA
The nose is a beauty very classic bordeaux with light pepper, leather, herby and dark fruits. Well evolved on the nose. The palate is tight though, sharp, quite tannic and with a few sharp edges. Very classic in general and given the time to age this will be 95+ wine.
