"Greenock Creek consistently does a good job with Grenache (I have been a big fan since the 1996 vintage).From 62-year-old vines,the dense,purple-colored 2001 Grenache Cornerstone (produced from yields of 1.5 tons of fruit per acre) offers up gorgeously sweet aromas of Provencal herbs,freshly ground pepper,and licorice,medium-body,and a fine finish".
