Description

A great opportunity to buy an Australian cult wine that all wine writers rave about.

I have been on Bid for Wine for approx 15 years and only ever once seen a Wendouree Shiraz only (flagship wine) on this site. There is none available on wine searcher in the UK. The only way to obtain the wines is to go on a long mailing list at the winery and have the wines sent to an Australian address. The owner sent me an handwritten letter (no email etc) to confirm this.

The owners avoid publicity and the vineyard is closed to the public with only the occasional trade tastings, therefore no tasting notes for this specific wine - as none available. They let the wine doing the talking - probably the best way.
