Description

"With a deep dark red ruby colour and a slightly minty perfume of dark cherries, blackberries and cassis backed by suggestions of cedar, tobacco and dried herbs, this supple, smooth and polished cabernet blend is constructed about a dusty spine of loose-knit tannin. Already very complex, with just a hint of a very low-level presence of brettanomyces and linseed oil, it steadily builds towards a crescendo of bramble-like black and red berry flavour. A classically structured long-term wine with a future."
95/100 Jeremy Oliver, Australian Wine Annual 2009

"Every bit as youthful as the '05; a very fragrant bouquet with hallmark blackcurrant fruit and a finely framed palate; these cabernets are by far the best in Tasmania, but are not for lovers of Barossa cabernets."
95/100 James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion 2011

Pristine condition and immaculate provenance. In 6 pack OWCs

Price shown is for 1 lot or 1 bottle. Offers will be considered for orders of 3 or more bottles.
