Creamy and rich, Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaucopins' Long Depaquit 2010 has a gun flint smoky minerality on the palate with an abundance of fresh limes, green apples, honey and a crisp acidity. With great texture and a superb mouth-filling quality, this is a wine that exudes class.

Founded in 1791, Long Depaquit has established itself as one of the best estates in Chablis under the instruction of the famous Burgundian Bichot Family. Chief winemaker Alain Serveau favours restricted yields and non-interventionalist winemaking techniques to create authentic and elegant Chablis with crisp acidity and mineral character.
