Mas de Libian Khayyâm 2012 – Southern Rhône, Biodynamic – Ex-Private Cellar (OCC)

A mature, critically acclaimed Southern Rhône red from one of the region’s biodynamic pioneers, now offered after being privately cellared and recently released from its original OCC (Original Cellar Condition).

Mas de Libian is renowned for its uncompromising natural approach: organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards, horse-ploughed soils, hand harvesting, native yeast fermentations, and minimal sulphur use—producing wines shaped first and foremost in the vineyard.

Sourced from red clay and galet-strewn terroirs typical of the Southern Rhône, this 2012 shows the depth and warmth of a fully evolved vintage, with layered dark fruit, spice, and earthy complexity now softened by age.
